This was a living room in an apartment building where we completed flooring installation. The Client had requested block flooring be laid in a herringbone pattern with a two-block brick border. Once laid, this was sanded to a fine and even finish and given 3 coats of bona high traffic varnish. In this instance the block flooring was sourced by the client, as we can undertake labour only installations, we also supply and fit. This was completed in 4 days. The Client had other contractors who were scheduled to begin work so we were working to a deadline.
