Brief Description of the job:

This job was a school hall in Hounslow, Middlesex which we sanded and varnished whilst it was closed over the school holidays. This required extreme sanding due to many layers of varnish over the years. We used Haywoods heavy duty 12inch wide floor sanders which are excellent for this type of renovation. As standard when working with block floors we used the fine sawdust we sanded, to grout any gaps prior to varnishing. We then varnished with 5 coats of bona high traffic satin-finish varnish. This was completed in 1 week.
